JSV “Belzarubezhstroy” will build a converter production facility for CJSC Stadler Minsk and Institute BelNIIS RUE is going to provide engineering services. On November 25 the three companies signed a contract for construction of a converter production facility at CJSC Stadler Minsk premises.
According to Mr. Brunner, “construction of the new production facility is part of the large-scale investment program of CJSC Stadler Minsk. The investment shall be around EUR 35 million, which was discussed on May 29 during the meeting of the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko with Stadler Group owner Peter Spuhler”.
The General Director of Institute BelNIIS Oleg Leshkevich emphasized the significance of this project for the development of cooperation between Belarus and Switzerland and told about the part the Institute will have in the project: “As per the customer’s assignment, we will provide a full range of engineering services and construction management, including engineering supervision”.
JSV “Belzarubezhstroy” management informed that “according to the contract, the company will perform survey and design works, as well as construction and installation. The construction of the facility will take around one year”.
